About special projects

It is our goal to turn your ideas into real working solutions in close cooperation with you. To realize this we follow our New Idea's Process. Ideas with good business value and potential but who need further elaborated move to status special project.

At at the beginning of 2021 we have two special projects running. Unfortunately we have to make choices in the number of projects we can undertake. So we decided to choose the two projects with the highest interest and most customer panel registrations. Therefore the other projects are planned after these two projects.

A special interest group (SIG) formed by customers and Onetrail employees will further elaborate the idea. A SIG consist of customers who are very close involved with the solution or product to be. In close cooperation we develop a minimal valuable product (MVP) and a customer business case. Special projects have the potential to become a new Onetrail product or module when the MVP's result in a positive business case.
