Support Availability Notice – 18 & 19 June

Please be advised that Customer Support will be extremely limited on the 18th and 19th of June due to a company get-together.

* P1s will still be picked up during this period. *

All other enquiries will be addressed as soon as normal support resumes.

MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

Regular maintenance:

To ensure our platform remains secure and up to date, we perform a system restart every two weeks on Monday evening (starting from Monday 16th March 2026).

Please note that during these restarts, brief downtime may occur between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

In addition, on the third Monday of each month, we carry out system patching.

During this maintenance window, the platform will be unavailable between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.
