In order to make your product information available to your customersbuyers, it is necessary to have a number of fixed values per product. We have made these values required by labeling them as being mandatory fields.

Without the correct product data in these mandatory fields, your product information will not be processed.

You always enter the net price excluding VAT.

An article without a price will not be processed by Onetrail and therefore not passed on to your customer.

You enter the Buyer GLN number of the customer buyer to whom you offer your products.

You have received a confirmation by e-mail from Onetrail containing this value. You can request the buyer GLN once again by sending an email to: support@onetrail.com.
