Release order after on-hold

After putting the order on-hold, you have to release the order to perform the required changes or

confirmations.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Go to the order with the on-hold status Image Modified;
  
  
• Press Image Modified Release order;
  
  
• Apply the changes to the order or save directly without changes;
  
  
• Press Image Modified Save changes. 
  
  

Result

Order status shows Image Modified= Line confirmed without changes

Or

Order status shows  Image Modified = Line

confirmed with changes

Or

Order status shows Image Added = Order is deleted

Release order line after on-hold

After putting the order line on-hold, you have to release the line to perform the required changes or confirmations.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Select the order line Image Added with the on-hold status Image Added; 
  
  
• Press Image Added Release order line;
  
  
• Apply the changes to the order line or save directly without changes;
  
  
• Press Image Added Save changes. 

Result

Order status shows Image Added= Order line confirmed without changes

Or

Order status shows  Image Added = Order line confirmed with changes

Or

Order status shows Image Added = Order line is deleted
